Trial • Vile Spirits, often referred to as "Viles", is a Daily Quest in Jade Dynasty Lumen.
It is an ALL DAY quest. Each faction’s herald can be found on any Realm in New Sunstream City (391, 265). These heralds offer a quest, requiring the killing of a Vile Spirit. The quest can be done ONCE per day. Each player can get Trial • Vile Spirits only from the representative of their own Faction Herald.
To start the quest, you must be LVL30+ and already joined on of the factions (Initiate will not get this quest).
Rewards
As a reward, you will receive 1,000,000 honor points for your respective faction, 500 Taichi Pills, 500 Affinity Beads and 1 Daily Token.
Pro Tip 1: Reaching an amount of 5 million faction honor points, you will be entitled to receive a NIRVANA INSIGNIA which is use for Ascension. By doing the daily Vile Spirit event, a player can reach this amount of honor very quickly. However, this Nirvana Insignia will expired in 24 hrs, it is advisable to collect this rewards ONLY when you are ready for ascension.
Pro Tip 2: Reaching a certain amount of faction honor points will also entitled you for Flameagle Order Quest (click to find out more).
Walkthrough
Talk to your respective faction herald in Sunstream (any realm) to start the quest. You will be teleported directly to Abbot's Quarters, the same location as the Old Wonderland Fair in Realm 15. You are required to kill any ONE of the Vile Spirit there.
These Vile Spirit only deals 1 damage but they can cast a periodical AoE stun effect which can be annoying. They also have quite high Skill Evasion. Unless you have high Skill Accuracy, it is always advisable to use ONLY normal attack on them. DO NOT use AoE because you might never wake up from those stuns. Once you completed the quest, jumping off the platform will take you directly back to New Sunstream City. Hand the quest over to your respective Faction Herald and collect your rewards.
Pro Tip 3: Do it in a party. Extra help will help you breeze through this quest.
Pro Tip 4: Since you will not be able to access the portal to Old Wonderland Fair via Realm 15 Old Sunstream City, please make you completed the quest before jumping off the platform.
