Alliances

An Alliance is comprised of multiple Clans. Besides having more people available to help and having better communication with friends, there are Alliance Quests, Alliance Wars, Fort Sieges and other benefits.

Forming an Alliance

Once you have reached level 35, if you are the Chief of a Clan, you can now form your own Alliance. Speak with the Alliance Master and select "Form Alliance" to form your own Alliance. As with a Clan, enter a valid name and pay 30 Gold to create it.

The Clan Chief who formed the Alliance is known as the Alliance Marshal, and is able to:

  • Add Sub-Clan: Invite other Clans to your Alliance, as long as they are not already part of an Alliance.
  • Banish Clan: Banish a Clan from the Alliance.
  • Pass: Pass the Marshal post to a Warlord.
  • Change Slogan: Change the Alliance slogan, which can be viewed by any Alliance member.
  • Grant a Title: Give a title to a member.
  • Dismiss Alliance: Dismiss the Alliance. This takes 7 days to complete.
  • Assign Post: Assign a Clan's Chief to the rank of Warlord or Captain.
  • Dismiss Post: Remove a Clan's Chief from their Warlord or Captain rank.

An Alliance Warlord is second in command of the Alliance, and is able to:

  • Assign Captains: Assign the Captain post to a member Clan's Chief.
  • Change Slogan: Change the Alliance slogan, which can be viewed by any Alliance member.
  • Grant a Title: Give a title to a member.
  • Add Sub-Clan: Invite other Clans to your Alliance, as long as they are not already part of an Alliance.
  • Banish Clan: Banish a Clan from the Alliance.

An Alliance Captain is third in command of the Alliance, and is able to:

  • Add Sub-Clan: Invite other Clans to your Alliance, as long as they are not already part of an Alliance.

Expanding and Upgrading an Alliance

An Alliance cannot invite players directly. It can only invite Clans to join it. There are two ways to invite other Clans.

  1. Select a member of a Clan that is not yet part of an Alliance, right-click on its avatar, and select Alliance. The Clan's Chief will receive the invitation when he or she is online.
  2. Select "Add" in the Alliance menu, and input the Clan's name to proceed. The Clan Chief will receive the invitation when he or she is online.

A newly established Alliance is a level 1 Alliance, and can have no more than 5 Clans. The Alliance must be upgraded in order to invite more Clans.

Each day, all Alliance members can acquire Alliance quests from the Alliance Master. Level 1 Alliance members can finish two of the Alliance quests each day. Members of a high level Alliance can acquire more Alliance quests daily, and receive more rewards from the special quests.

Finish Alliance quests to increase the Alliance's Construction. The Alliance can upgrade once its Construction reaches a certain level. Your Renown represents the amount of Construction your character has contributed to the Alliance. Rewards can be earned if you have a high amount of Renown.

Alliance Wars

Wars can be waged between Alliances. The challenging Alliance will pay 50 Construction to declare war. To declare war on another Alliance, the Marshal or Warlord can select an enemy Alliance member, right-click on its avatar, and select Alliance War to challenge.

An Alliance War takes 60 minutes. During the Alliance War members of both Alliances receive no PvP penalties. After the war, the Alliance that killed most foes wins the war.
