Daily Events
There are events held every day in Jade Dynasty, at set times only. To see when an event will start, press K in game.
Book Monsters
Event time: 12:20 - 14:20 and 20:00 - 22:00
How frightful! The famous works I've collected all became monsters today! They ran away in all directions and have caused great panic in Sunstream City.
This event happens twice a day around Sunstream, Realm 15 only. Famous books owned by Leowen can be caught only during event hours. Obtained book sets can be returned anytime during the day in exchange for various rewards.
Crisis
Event time: 18:00 - 20:00
Daily quest from Anan of Jadeon. You will be asked to repair 3 pillars near the Hall of the Founder. Every pillar requires one task.
- Pillar #1: You must kill a tower destroyer. This mob is "brown named," which means you will hit it for the same amount no matter how strong you are. Be sure to bring a lot of potions, since this mob will hit you for a percent of your Health (maximum of 200 per hit).
- Pillar #2: There are Jade Fragments scattered on the ground nearby, pick three up.
- Pillar #3: This pillar will ask for one random imbue talisman. Many people will set up Vend shops nearby to make it easier for people to get the one they need. You can also bring a variety of talismans with you, because you won't be able to return to your Stash during the event.
You must wait 5 minutes and 20 seconds between each pillar. During this time, leaving the hill will cause the quest to fail.
Receive 25 Taichi Pills upon completion.
Deity Races
Surfing Deity Main Article | Deity in the Wind Main Article
Event time: 11:50 - 12:00 (placing bet) / 12:15- Receiving Prize
19:20 - 19:30 (placing bet) / 19:45- Receiving Prize
Two races are held each day in Realm 15, in the morning Surfing Deity is held in The Billows' Lake, in the evenings Deity in the Wind is in Incense Valley's Hall.
Bets (10 Gold) can be made at Unknown Scholar in Sunstream City (193, 125), rewards are picked up at the race winner. (Winnings range from 20 Taichi Pills if you bet on wrong mount, to 120 Taichi Pills and 200 Affinity Beads if you bet on the winner).
Fishing Mastery
Event time: 18:00 - 19:00
Fishing Mastery is a daily event that gives any talented fisherman the opportunity to show off their skills. Players who've reached at least Level 45 and own a Fishing Certificate are qualified to participate.
The rewards for fishing during Fishing Mastery are far greater than during normal fishing. While participating, you can catch fish that are worth quite a bit of silver. You can also catch Scallops that contain several random quests, and Halfbeaks that can be traded to the Roaming Fisherman for Taichi Pills.
However, the fish that everyone is racing to catch, the main goal of this competition, and the two most precious fish in Jade Dynasty are the Moy fish and Tuna Fish. If you catch one, you will win the Gold or Silver Medal, which you can trade for great prizes.
Trial • Vile Spirits
Event time: 19:00 - 22:00 (Vile Spirits) / 23:00 (NPC)
(Note: Vile spawn is not only limited by time, but also by the mob amount)
Daily event you can start at the Faction Heralds in Sunstream. The Heralds will spawn each day at 19:00 server time, one in each realm.
Note: As of now which Faction Heralds will spawn is completely random, so you have to check (or ask) daily which ones give quest for the day. It might happen that your Faction Herald isn't there - for 3 or 4 days in a row, and some others will be on 5 or 6 realms.
You can complete this event 3 times a day, each time gives you a huge honor reward, and either Taichi Pills or Affinity Beads.
Krystal Jade
Event time: 12:00, 18:00, 21:00
The Krystal Jade Event is located on Realm 15 ONLY. You have to be level 30+ to accept the quest. Krystal appears between Skylord Adra and the Eldest Matchmaker. She only appears 3 times in the day at 12:00, 18:00 and 21:00 server time. There will be a message in your chat log when the event is starting.
Krystal will have a quest named "Collect Jade" available asking you to collect 20 uncut jades. Accept it and you will be transported to Dragon Bay. You will have 1 hour to finish the quest once accepted. You can complete this quest while in a party. Everyone's uncut jade will be distributed between all the players in the party.
Day-Long Events
Day-long events are events that last all day rather than only being available at a specific time. Day-long events are distinct from normal quests in that they either automatically complete or fail at the end of a 24-hour period, or that they are only completable once per day.
Alliance Career
This is one of the four daily "Gold Quests."
Pay 20 gold to the Alliance Master in Sunstream City to accept this quest. You will be asked to complete 3 very simple tasks, will and receive 40 Taichi Pills upon completion.
Celestial Trial
This Event quest is available twice a day from Guardian Saith, in Jadeon (144, 114).
Requirement: level 60+
You'll receive a task of killing 28 Celestial Vanguards of your level range. The reward for it is 50 Taichi Pills and one of three pet training items: Deer Orb, Tiger Orb or a Specialty Potion.
Deadly Skirmish
This quest starts in Skysong, at the Celan Herald. It requires a 6 person party of the same Tier. Both ascended and non-ascended players can be in the party, as long as they are in the same Tier. Upon finishing all the rounds players will get a lot of Experience and also useful items. There is also a chance of getting an esper!
Dispel the Curse
You may pick up this quest from the Special Ops Agent in Sunstream City. Each region has a "cursed" boss. After killing the boss you are assigned, the quest will end and you will be rewarded with experience. This quest can only be completed once per day.
Everyday Divination
Every day, you can pick up a Gamble Card at Tanis Ka in Sunstream City. After an hour wait, you can learn your fortune for the day (which comes in various forms, ranging from Taichi Pills to Dragon Muscles).
Mystic Tome
This daily event obtainable from the Eldest Matchmaker in Sunstream City (184, 104).
After killing 99 Predatory Hornets in Jadeon and solving the "riddle" of the Tome correctly, you'll be rewarded with 50 Taichi Pills and 100 Merit Incense.
Nura's Gift
The Nura's Gift "event" is a daily quest available from Nura (135, 85) in Sunstream City. In exchange for killing 10 Celestial Vangaurds, Nura will give you a Dragonfang Herb or an Eera Herb (for more information on rewards check the link above).
Nura's Gift counts for the day the quest was taken in, so if you finish it the next day, you'll still have that day's quest available.
Sky Dweller

This event is available once a day from the Sky Dweller in Sunstream City (168, 108) (he's on a cloud floating high above the city).
Requirements: Lvl 45+, Skyblade
First task (High Building) is to find the Sky Ranger, at the Altar of the Foul in Skysong. Much like the Sky Dweller, he's in the air, standing on chains hanging from the buildings at Skysong (386, -424).
He'll ask you to collect 10 Star Dust in Sunstream City for the Sky Dweller. Star Dust can be found on the rooftops of buildings around and on central pavillon of Sunstream (where the Skylord and Eldest Matchmaker are).
The reward for this quest is 50 Taichi Pills and a timed Sky Lotus Order item (1 hour) which unlocks second daily event from the Sky Dweller.
The Sky Dweller quest counts for the day it's finished in (so if you take it before midnight, but finish after the next day has started, you will not be able to take it again that day.)
Note: This quest has a time limit of 30 minutes to finish.
Sky Lotus
This event available once a day, after finishing Sky Dweller. Unlike the Sky Dweller quest, it's not timed.
Requirements: level 45+, Skyblade, 25 Gold payment.
After meeting Elder of Arcaneness in Jadeon (4, -433) (again, he's in air, atop of the pillar) you'll be asked to collect 10 Fragrant Dew from Rootless Lotuses floating around him. (Note: there's less then 20 of those, so if there are 2 people doing quest at same time, at least one will have to wait for a respawn - it's not a long wait, though).
Reward for the Sky Lotus Event is 50 Taichi Pills.
Also, like the Sky Dweller quest, this quest counts for the day it's finished in.
The Donation
This is one of the four daily "Gold Quests."
Pay 15 gold to Nura in Sunstream City, and you will be asked to go to the Patriot Monolith in The Billows. The task will be to get 2 bamboo from Jadeon. This event gives 25 Taichi Pills upon completion.
The Precious
This is one of the four daily "Gold Quests."
Pay 15 gold to Isamu in Sunstream City, and you will be asked to do a very simple task in Jadeon. You will receive 30 Taichi Pills upon completion.
The Sleepless
Sleepless quests are a type of quest that become available when you reach level 60. The Physician in your level-appropriate zone will give you a quest that lasts for up to 24 hours, in which all you have to do is kill one type of monster as much as possible. The experience rewarded when you turn it in (or when the quest reaches the 24 hour timer and expires) is directly related to how many you kill.
You usually have two of these quests available at a time so you can grind in an area with two different types of creatures. While granting slightly lower experience per kill than dispatcher quests, the freedom to grind continuously for extremely long time periods without interruption makes Sleepless quests the most efficient way to level while asleep. Hence the name.
When you are planning to grind for long periods of time, pick up all of the Dispatcher quests that are available for the same mobs you need to kill for Sleepless, and then pick up the Sleepless quests LAST. Quest credit is granted in the order in which the quests were accepted, so if you pick up the Sleepless Quests first, you will not be able to complete the other quests until you turn in Sleepless.
The sleepless quests are not compatible with the Ascension quest. While you have the Ascension quest, you will not be able to take any new Sleepless quests.
Treasure Hunt
You may pick up this quest from the Sky Dweller in Sunstream City. You will either need a Skyblade, a ride from someone who has one, or a Portal Charm to the top of his head in order to pick up and turn in the quest.
The main quest requires you to kill a Celestial_Vangaurd ten times. The Vanguard will be in the area of your level range, and you can just click on the quest link to run to the one you need to kill. You will get some gold when you complete it.
Once you complete the first part, you get pieces of a map you have to arrange together like a puzzle. Go to an X on the map, and use the charm you are given. If you fail, you weren't on the right spot. If you succeed, you get an item.
Wonderland Fair
After reaching lvl 30 you are able to enter new event area called Abbot's Quarters. Each day you will be awarded with 3 Fair Tickets that you can use to join various events.
Special Events
Astral Tales
Day/Time: Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday between 20:30 - 22:30 game time.
In every town there's a quest starter with a name containing "guard" or "array." (Example: Guard of South)
During this event you will be asked to kill 7 individual bosses in that area. You will receive tags upon defeating each boss. After you collect all 7 tags, you may turn all of them in at the Coordinator of Stars in Sunstream City.
Note: You do not have to have all 7 tags. You may choose to turn in 1-7 tags, but the more tags you turn in, the more experience you will receive.
Sugar Rush
The Sugar Rush event takes place every Friday from 19:00 to 22:00 server time. Players must be above level 60 to join the event. The starting NPC is Afu in Jadeon (180, 107). Players who complete the event will receive 200 Universal Coins.
Taichi Pills
The Taichi Pill event is every day from 19:30 to 21:30 server time.
You will need 10 gold to start the event. To begin, speak to Bopu the Aeon in Jadeon (90, 204), then go talk to Anan (403, -194). She will send you to talk to Grand Master Tahn.
The Grand Master Tahn will set you to create one of four orbs. Each orb requires you to travel to various areas killing monsters and gathering items. The final few items the Grand Master Tahn sells in his shop.
It's useful to do this quest in a group, in order to minimize time and gold spent. Players with the Chromatic Orb quest should group with Golden Orb players, and trade ingredients. Dark Silver Orb and Scarlet Orb players should group to complete their quests more effectively and reduce fighting for resources.
The Baleful
The Baleful is a daily quest accessible by players of all levels.
After finishing the Treasure Hunt or Strike Order quests you may randomly receive a Mystic Stamp. If you received a Mystic Stamp, travel to the Crystal Hall in Jadeon and locate one of the three Genesis Seals - Ken, Kan or Chien.
Once placed on the Genesis Seal the Mystic Stamp will be destroyed and you will receive 15 Taichi Pills and a Genesis Orb.
War Veteran
War Vet is a BG (Battle Grounds) quest that requires you to get 5 earthprimes to the faction side that was chosen, it's simple. Kill the towers or enemies mobs to get the items, bring it back to your respective NPC. Quest reward is XP.
