Skyblades
Have you envied the birds? Do you want to touch the sky? Before realizing these dreams, you'll need to get yourself a Skyblade!
Equipping
To equip your Skyblade, right-click or double-click on its icon or drag it to the Skyblade slot in your Character window.
Once your Skyblade is equipped, you can start flying by clicking on the small wing icon on the right side of your Esper bar.
Your Esper Energy bar must be full before you can start flying, and the Skyblade will consume 2 Esper Energy for each second it is being used.
Controls
<img src="File:FlyButton.jpg" alt="Fly Button" style="float: right; margin-left: 10px;">Fly: Click on the button shown on the left or press Ctrl + F to fly when Esper Energy is full and Invigorate is off.
Use the directional keys (←↑↓→) or mouse to direct your Skyblade's direction.
Hold Space Bar to ascend.
Hold Z to descend.
Proficiency and Upgrading
A Skyblade gains 5 Proficiency every 30 seconds while it is being used.
When a Skyblade's Proficiency reaches a certain level, it will fly faster.
A Skyblade's speed growth and maximum speed are determined by its Quality. Quality is usually determined randomly when you first obtain the Skyblade, but some Skyblades are automatically set to one specific Quality. Assimilating a Skyblade with Arcane Seal available at the Marketplace will have a chance to enhance its quality. Fail attempts will not reduce the Skyblade's quality (quality remain unchanged).

Note: This table is only accurate for Skyblades that have a base speed of 6.2.
The Skyblade will also change in appearance at the 13,150, 63,460 and 167,810 proficiency marks. The differences will be more obvious on some Skyblades than others.
Currently Available
NOTE: Some skyblades are so far only available through JD-Mart. Also previous skyblades that were a part of a mystery box may appear from time to time in the Marketplace or haven't made a comeback for a while, but don't fret for they'll make an appearance on the auction as well.
