One of the items found while competing in the Fishing Mastery is the Scallop. Opening this will begin one of five quests. Four of these quests result in items that can be used to upgrade titles in Baxi Eatery.
You first get Gambling Device item & quest, which quickly turns into "Gamblers" quest.
You need to visit Baxi Eatery with this item, and you'll find that Greed has a quest for you. The quest itself is a gamble - you pick one option - and then winner is decided randomly (no pattern). Also - to play with him, you will need to pay him 10 g.
20 gold (really - you only gain 10, since you first paid 10.)

Doc's Key
Start this one by visiting Doc Dread in Doom Bog (-381, 334).
He will ask you to - with help of the key you've found - set his pets free from cages somewhere in the area. You will first have to open the cages (by left-clicking on them) and then talk to the released Pet to complete the objectives.
Make sure you have your pet summoned when unlocking the cages. All of them stand in an aggressive mob area, so you will have to tab and order your pet to attack those to be able to complete this quest. (or get a friend who'll guard you). Also, Defense stance on pet will not work - as it activates only after you're hit. So best way: tab and order attack. Ps. the unlocking takes quite a while.
First Pet : Pet Snake - Inner Marsh (94, 324)
Second Pet: Pet Fox - Demon Mound (290, -322)
Third Pet: Pet Human - Longevity Hall Ruins (-287, -279) and the Pet is in the middle of the platform behind the cage.
Once all pets are free return to Dread and collect your prize.
Once you've talked to him, you'll have to burn 4 pirate flags scattered along the east coast of the lake. You start from the most north Tower, head down along the coast.
NOTE: The towers can take a while to respawn, so don't panic if you can't find one. You can also burn a tower multiple times for credit, but again with the long respawn time this isn't very time-effective.
From the Scallop, you received Notes of the Walking Master. You need to turn the item in to Tanis Ka in Sunstream City (160, 145) - and he'll tell you a story of Magic Boots. The Boots were divided into 2 parts which you now have to obtain. It's a jumping quest in Billows from this point on.
Part I: Upper Part of Glowtrail Boots
You know the big stone turtle near Abandon Crossing? That's where you're heading. There is a tent on its top - and the first part of the boots is in it. It's a pretty easy part. You have to jump on the rock near the turtle's back Abandon Crossing (439, 186), and use Charge to get on the left half of his shell. Then you run forward to the tent. You might need to walk inside it a bit for the pop-up to show.
Part II: Lower Part of Glowtrail Boots
It's found on one of the pirate's Flag Poles. To jump on it, you have to get to Surging Stockade (30, -268) and right in front of you (facing towards the water) you should see a tree branch and rock cliff BELOW it. It's important, because there are 2 paths there. One above the branch, but we pick the one below. You can just run ahead to fall down to it. Then you just run about halfway of it - and use Charge skill to get on the Pole.
Once you got the Upper and Lower Half of Boots, you head again to Tanis Ka and upon returning the quest you get a chance of obtaining Glowtrail Boots. (Note: you don't get this reward each time. You may end up doing it dozen times and never get the boots. It's random)
