Every Thursday from 20:00 - 22:00, the Marshal of a Level 4+ Alliance may bid on the right to challenge a zone using Bank Notes at Territory Agent Evan (177,177) in Sunstream City.

The minimum bid on Primary Zones is 10 Bank Notes worth 1k gold each (10k gold), with the maximum bid being 40 Bank Notes worth 1k gold each (40k gold). Those who successfully capture a contested territory will get refunded 80% of their bid.

Those who have the winning bid by 22:00 Thursday will be able to challenge that zone on the following Saturday night (20:00). If no other Alliance controls that zone, then it becomes a PvE battle where you have to destroy their towers before they destroy yours.

Territory maps are used to see who owns what territory and helps remind your team that you are going to fight for a territory as well as you winning/losing one.

Entering the Battle

When the battle starts, all participating players can teleport to the battle by using the territory war flag that is in the zone (usually in its respective town) being contested.

Basics of Territory Wars

All transactions are done in Bank Notes, not gold.

Rewards are based on how many territories your alliance holds, the more the better - see below for breakdown.

Weekly only ONE "magic necklace" is thrown into one territory at 22:00 Server time on Sunday. The necky is tradable, can be 50% critbonus or a crit 6% necky. Clearly, the more territories you own, the more chance at this necklace your alliance has. The necklace is sent to the alliance marshal.

Catapults are necessary to win, players do not do a lot of damage to the totems or base. A minimum of 5 Catapults is suggested for a primary Territory. Skysongs, Modos, Balos & Vims with good defense, gear, & Hp are good for this point.

It is suggested you have high dps and/or aoe to accompany your Catapults & run ahead to link the next tower as well as to fight off the bugs attacking you. Catapults are super slow and can not really outrun the bugs all the time.

At the beginning 5 stones spawn - it is best to designate 1 stone collector/defender so stones are not lost. (after the first 5+ catapults are made)

Catapults cost 1 stone and 300G, they give 2 special skills with small cooldowns and the buff lasts 20 minutes.

Beetles cost 2 stones & 500G, they are stronger than the Catapult and also last 20 minutes.

Defender totems are great to help you defend your tree, these cost 1 stone & 400 Gold LEAF.

Basics of a Primary Territory

Level 4+ Alliance

Only 30 people can enter

Lasts 1 hour

Costs a minimum of 10 Bank Notes (1k Gold each). Example: If you bid 10 notes and another alliance bids 11, and you do not rebid, you receive all 10 notes back, but they are the challengers of that territory that week, not you.

Only a Marshal can sign your alliance up.

6 Totems & 1 Base need to be killed to win. There are two totems at the end near the base that you can ignore and still win.

Basics of a Medium Territory

Level 5+ Alliance

Only 40 people can enter

Lasts 1.5 hours

Must own at least 2 Primary territories to challenge a Medium Territory.

Costs a minimum of 40 Bank Notes (1k gold each) - same conditions as above.

Basics of a Senior Territory

Level 6 Alliance

Only 50 people can enter

Lasts 2 hours

Must own at least 2 Medium Territories to challenge a Senior Territory.

Min: 100 banknotes, Max: 400 banknotes

Additional Info

Alliances may only attack once a week, but can participate in unlimited defensive battles (if their controlled territories are being attacked), and players must be in an Alliance for at least 1 week before helping out in Territory Wars.

Your rank goes up as your Alliance controls more territories, which opens up the ability to purchase Territory Badges from Territory Agent Evan. Each rank has 2 available badges for purchase, Yin and Yang, which have different bonuses. You'll also get additional rewards for taking over territories.

The battle map will depend on the quality of the zone, with fights over Primary zones taking place in the Lost Forest, Medium Zones taking place in Foreboding Valley, and Senior Zone battles taking place in the Imperial Citadel.

For a Primary Zone, the max number of Bank Notes that a player can bid is 40, and the first Alliance that bids that number will win the right to invade that territory.

Alliances can only challenge a Primary Zone at first, as you'll need to control 2 Primary Zones to challenge a Medium Zone, and you need to control 2 Medium Zones before challenging a Senior Zone, with each type of zone (Primary, Medium, Senior) having their own battle map. Your Alliance has to be level 5 to challenge Medium Zones and level 6 to challenge Senior Zones (Advanced Zones).

Rewards for alliance are given starting Thursday at 00:00.

Your alliance's "Title" or "Rank" is based on how many territories and what kind of territory you own.

For example, to become a new recruit you need 10 points. Each primary territory awards 10 points. To become a Veteran you need 20 Points, which means you need 2 Primary Territories.

To become a "Berserker" you need 40 points. 4 Primary territories or 2 Primary & 1 Medium will get you to this rank. I will complete this list as iOwn earns more or if I can find this info elsewhere.

You can see your point standings when you press G > Alliance > hover over Rank: at the top right of that screen.

Below is a listing of some of the rewards you get as your rank goes up, you also can buy different badges at each rank. Each Badge has different skills.

The more territories your alliance holds, the better your rank is, the better the reward you receive. Rewards are available on Thursday starting at 00:00 Server Time.

Badges

<img src="Error creating thumbnail: File seems to be missing: /perfectworld/vhosts/jd-wiki.perfectworld/htdocs/images/Badge.jpg" alt="Badges">

Badges can be purchased from Territory Agent Evan using Gold Leafs. Your alliance has to be a specific rank in order for you to purchase them. Each badge also has a level requirement.

There are two types of Badges, and each gives its own special skill.

Yin badges have the bonus skill Dead End, which reduces a target's skill accuracy.

Yang badges have the bonus skill Absolute Monarch, which reduces a target's skill evasion.

At higher levels, Yin badges will also grant the bonus skills Perdition and Breathtake. Yang badges will grant Destine and Redemption. Both badges will grant the bonus skill Devise.

Rewards by Rank

At each rank, the rewards you receive for holding territories increases. Every Thursday, every person in the alliance can go to Territory Agent Evan and receive their rewards.
