- Amateur Angler: Sunstream, Roaming Fisherman. You can get it by giving him 10 Fishing Hand-books.
- Experienced Angler: Sunstream, Roaming Fisherman. You can get it by giving him 30 Fishing Hand-books.
- Pro Angler: Sunstream, Roaming Fisherman. You can get it by giving him 50 Fishing Hand-books.
- Solitary Angler: Sunstream, Roaming Fisherman. You can get it by giving him 70 Fishing Hand-books.
- The Nameless Angler: Sunstream, Roaming Fisherman. You can get it by giving him 90 Fishing Hand-books.
- Star Smasher: Sunstream, Tanis Ka. Pretty long Voyage Quest. Tanis Ka will be punished for going against the gods, and it's up to you to save him... in the end you fight a AT Avatar in IV and Spirit in SB. (105+)

- Smelly Feet: Sunstream, Guard by the Gate. You need to finish 2 sub quests, also from same NPC - Small Fish (river, right next to him) and Rumble (Skysong, rocks on the road)
- Felkin Knight: Obtained upon completion of the Felkin mandatory.
- Fuwa Sage: Obtained upon completion of the Fuwa mandatory.
- Emperor of Ascension: Obtained upon completion of the Dagos mandatory.
- Dagos Transcendent: Obtained upon completion of the pre affinity ascension mandatory.
- Death Seeker: Southern Border, Physician Garbi. You need to get some weird potions for Doc Dread. In the final step choose the Three-Day Life Pill (lvl 105+)
- Blood Thirst: Southern Border, Physician Garbi. You need to get some weird potions for Doc Dread. In the final step choose the Bloodthirsty Orb (lvl 105+)
- Fake Drug Trader: Southern Border, Physician Garbi. You need to get some weird potions for Doc Dread. In the final step choose "Both of them are rubbish." (lvl 105+)
- Taja's Accomplice: Sunstream, Taja. Complete his tasks and help him to destroy someone's gears.
- Poor Guy with Gears Destroyed: Sunstream, Taja. Refuse to help him or fail the quest.

- Great Hope: Starting first mandatory questline at Tanis Ka (As such, only available for Human characters).
- Like a Rooster: Billows, from Hent Rana, you have to finish a quest with beating bird-like thief. (getting this title unlocks 3 consequent quests from Chicken, Cat and Dog in Laguna Collective. They don't grant any titles, only reward other then exp are 10x dusty bones).
- Beaten by a Bird: Billows, you failed the quest with chicken-thief.
- Brave White Rat: Jadeon, Issa's quest "Ancient Book". Help him in his experiment...
- Fly to the Sky: Billows, help Yaya to get her kite from a flag pole next to her.
- Billows Tour Agent: Billows, "Billows Scenery" red quest from Dispatcher. (available at levels 57-59)
- Wildlands Tour Agent: Wildlands, "Holy Scripture" red quest from Dispatcher. You have to collect 4 parts of the scripture. (available at levels 83-86)
- False Start: Sunstream, girls get it from Ami, boys from a girl next to the Serenity Clearing.

- The Smashing Arthat: Skysong chain quests

- Golden Touch: Skysong, Faa's chain quests
- Venombog Fanglord: Doom Bog, Zangis Ta career quest "Abysal Viper Trouble" (~69/70 lvl)
- The Esteemed: Billows, the long quest chain started by Hent Rana's Windsong Plateau quest.
- The Witty, Spirited Fox, and Swordmaster titles below belong to one long Career chain quest that you get in late Doom Bog levels. The chain starts at Sumin, from "Conscience" quest (it shows up in your Available tab of Quest log). It's pretty long and once every 3-4 quest-lines you get a title. You have to complete tasks for Sumin, Zayi and Jii Ruli before you get your first title-reward.
- Witty: Doom Bog, Chooko Career chain part "Array of Stone". Report to Zangis Ta after completing your task for Chooko.
- Spirited Fox: Doom Bog, Luree Career chain part "Legend of the Spirit Fox". Continues from the previous one. After "Array of Stone" you need to finish "Plague", "Duty", "Gratitude" and "Three-Palace Sword". After completing task for Physican Berenzi - you get the title from next NPC in line - Suma Tsen.
- Swordmaster: Doom Bog, Master Dialectician Career chain part "Blademaster". Continues from the previous one. After "Legend of Spirit Fox" you need to finish "Spirit", then complete a set of tasks from Dialectician and Lian Soni, hear the story about Shaw Danon - and get the last title from this chain.
- For Love and Peace: Sunstream, Dreamaster in Jundi Forest needs your help.
- Undying Spirit: Sunstream, jumping voyage quest "Sunstream Spirit", obtained from Nura. Help him to hang a flag on pole next to the tea shop. (available at levels 35-45)
- It's Warm: Sunstream, voyage pop-up quest also obtainable from Mystic Scroll, "Hairy Leg". You found a farmer with hairy legs... Timed Quest.
- Can't Touch It: Sunstream, pop-up quest also obtainable from Mystic Scroll, "Elder's Trouble". Meet Elder of Mystery in Sunstream, jump on the roof behind him and scare the invisible crows.
- You Could Never Possibly Hide with This One: Sunstream, pop-up quest also obtainable from Mystic Scroll, "Friend of Dream Master". You help to gather hero's remains from Toads... Timed Quest.
- Swift as Lighting: Sunstream, jumping voyage quest "Lunar Spirits", obtained from Nura. You have to jump on the roof of Righteous Manor. (available at levels 35+)
- Cloud Master: Sunstream, jumping voyage quest "Flying in the sky", obtained from Nura. Visit Jadeon and climb atop of the Crystal Hall. (available at levels 46+)
- What was That?: Billows, jumping quest with ghost ship in Surging Stockade (part 1, Ghost Ship) (from Shanyan)
- Wild Legs: Billows, jumping quest with ghost ship in Surging Stockade (part 2, Highest Pirate Flag Pole) (from Shanyan)
- So Scary: Sunstream pop-up quests "Oddities - Samsara". Starts at Old Leng. Timed Quest. (available at levels 30-40)
- Weaponless Kill: Sunstream pop-up quest "Oddities - Odd Murders". Starts at Alliance Master. You need Bloody Flower in last step to finish it. Timed Quest. (available at levels 30-40)
- Consummate Popularity: Sunstream, pop-up quest "Oddities - Nice Lotus!". Starts from Fardin. Gather some lotuses from Pitan Lotus monsters and bring to her. Timed Quest. (available at levels 30-40)
- Note: Out of five possible Oddities pop-ups only these three give titles. Remaining two only give small amounts of Experience.
- Amateur Swindler: Sunstream, pop-up quest also obtainable from Mystic Scroll, "Fortune Teller". You got tricked by Tanis Ka. (He will asks you for 30g, say ok - this quest won't suck your money!)
- Acrobatic Begging: Golden Alms Bow (obtained by regular Fishing, bait from Ami) starts the quest, leads you to Sage of Vacuity (Skysong, -330 -310) : in order to finish the quest you need to collect 5 Bloodflowers (obtained also from fishing), 10 Lunar Stones (Reward for white Dispatcher Quests for levels 60-104) and Sculpture of Rebirth (Esper Accessory for Orb of Luck, you can trade Treasure Urn for it at Tonni in Sunstream or Enu in Jadeon). In the end you also get server-wide notice, that you became "King of Beggars". Timed Quest. (After you pick it up - you have 2 hours to gather all the materials).
- Killer: Wildlands, "The Best Killer" voyage quest from Guard Shing. You killed 50 monsters. (you can time out/fail and retake it if you wanna try for the other option) Timed quest. (available at level 76+)
- Contract Killer: Wildlands, "The Best Killer" voyage quest from Guard Shing. You killed 100 monsters. Timed quest. (available at level 76+)
- World's Top Killer: Wildlands, "The Best Killer" voyage quest from Guard Shing. You killed 345 monsters (you might not need this many to get this title). Timed quest. (available at level 76+)
- Fears Steamed Bread: Wildlands, Shab Monquis. He shares his bread phobia with you.
- Cold Joke Master: Doom Bog, start at Metaphysician Sadaf. To get it you need to collect 3 jokes/quests, you get them from Doc Dread, Blacksmith and Suma Tsen (on the bridge above Dispatcher). You will need 1 Earth Worm Bait (Ami, fishing quest item) to finish Doc Dread part. Timed Quest.
- Chili Pepper RES: MAX: Doom Bog, Blacksmith Gotzo. Eat more than 90 chilis. Watch out for the bleed. Timed Quest.
- Wanderer of Underworld: Incense Valley, "Civil War" red quest from Dispatcher. (available at levels 98-101)
- Deicide: Shura, "Real Hero" red quest from Dispatcher. (available at levels 147+)
- Exorcist of Light: Shura, "Master of Cathing Ghosts" red quest from Dispatcher. (available at levels 143-146) Say the truth, you're not from the faction.

- Null the Emptiness: Kunlun, "Sword of Kunlun" voyage jumping quest from Blacksmith Tso. Makes you jump up the tallest gate of Cold Cloud. (guides you through how to get there, pretty easy). (available at levels 130+)
- Fuwa Preacher: Kunlun, "Street Lamp" voyage jumping quest from General Camlo. You need to light up the lamp for Camlo - use pile of wood on the cottage side to get to the roof. Very easy. (available at levels 130+)
- Pious Preacher: Battleground, your courage reached 400.
- Faith Guardian: Battleground, your courage reached 800.
- Heavenly One: Battleground, your courage reached 1200.
